🦆 Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase – it helps us ensure a smooth return process.

🦆 Starting a Return: Simply reach out to us at support@cruisingquackers.com to initiate your return request. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

🦆 Exceptions and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, we're happy to assist you in making an exchange. Simply return the item following our return process, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
